Overview
Sugar is a contract-driven commodity where the grade on the document has to match the grade in the bag. Dheera buys raw and refined sugar from established mills in major producing countries and supplies it within India against a written specification, so buyers know the polarisation, colour and moisture they are receiving.
Packaging, lot sizes and delivery phasing are set per contract, which suits both industrial users running continuous production and wholesalers who need staged arrivals across a season.

Quality and documentation
